International Commercial Arbitrator

After more than 15 years as a trial lawyer, since 2016, I have been practicing exclusively as an arbitrator. 

I have established my reputation as an international benchmark, especially in the energy, infrastructure and construction sectors. My approach combines in-depth technical knowledge with a strategic vision derived from my experience as a litigator, which allows me to resolve complex disputes in an effective and equitable manner.

I handle disputes under diverse jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks in both English and Spanish, and under a variety of arbitral rules. I take on each case with great personal commitment, viewing my role as arbitrator as a unique responsibility. I do not delegate critical decisions, ensuring that every detail receives my direct attention.
